About Honeywear

Our mission is to create products that nurture family, community and the environment through socially responsible, local production. We will ensure quality and comfort by using organic and all natural materials to provide innovative and trendsetting lines of clothing and accessories.

Honeywear was started by 2 mothers who wanted to create an easy to use and fully adjustable baby sling. While designing our Baby Bee Sling™ we chose fabrics that were beautiful, organic and all natural; which is how we developed our company.

Honeywear is committed to setting a new standard of social and ecological responsibility in the business world. We believe in supporting local community, which is why we use a co-op of local seamstresses to create our products. We ‘Think Globally, Act Locally' by participating in Appalachian Offsets, a carbon offset program created to help combat increasing climate changes by contributing in Western North Carolina to renewable energies and efficiency projects.

Now is the time for global citizens to start preserving our natural resources. By using organic and sustainable materials, we continue to do our part and help heal the Earth. Even the smallest efforts can make a difference.
