What is babywearing?
Babywearing is the act of wearing or carrying a baby or child in a sling or other form of carrier. Babywearing promotes in-arms parenting and attachment parenting and is a form of baby transport. (wikipedia). Many cultures throughout history have chosen babywearing as part of their parenting routine.   This allows for more contact with the child and allows the parents to continue with their daily activities.

What makes the honeywear sling so different?
Our unique design and quality construction can only be found in a honeywear sling.   The adjustability with the pull cord system on the pouch creates the ability for any child to be comfortably carried by his or her parents.  The buckle on the shoulder strap allows for easy transfer from parent to parent without disturbing a sleeping baby. We use only organic and all natural fabrics. We believe in top quality products and strong family values.

Is my child going to be comfortable?
Most children love to be held and a sling encourages this while allowing the parent to continue with daily activities. Because of honeywear's unique design and adjustability it allows each child and parent many ways to find a comfortable fit. It may take some minor adjustments but once you understand the sling the comfort is amazing.

How will the sling affect my body?
Our sling is designed by a licensed bodyworker in order to properly distribute weight.  There is padding on the shoulder to help cushion some of the weight that does fall on your shoulder. Once you learn how to correctly use the sling you will find incredible comfort while using it.

At what age should I start and stop using the sling with my child?
the honeywear sling is safe for newborns through children up to 35 pounds.

What types of fabrics do you use?
Our fabrics are all 100% natural, and every sling is lined with 100% organic un-dyed cotton sateen.  We stock stylish fabrics in durable   organic cottons and dupioni silks.  

What is your return policy?
Your sling may be returned within 30 days in unused condition for a full refund.
