Hold Instructions

Cradle Hold

  1. Buckle sling and place over your shoulder so that pocket is in front and seam is laying across your shoulder.
  2. Adjust shoulder strap to desired tightness.
  3. Tighten cordlock closest to your body so that the sling is snug against your torso, tuck cordlock between your torso  and the pouch.
  4. Lay your child in the sling with his/her head near the end with the buckle. This will put your infant in a position that is comfortable, safe, and easy to nurse in.
  5. Next tighten the outer cord lock to desired length and place cordlocks on the outside of the sling; this will cradle your baby comfortable and securely, allowing for hands-free nursing.
  6. To nurse, place your hand at the back of the baby's head on the outside of the sling and gently guide the head to the breast.
